Chef Martin Bradley joined Hollywood Golf Club in 2009. With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Martin brings a plethora of knowledge with him to Hollywood. His culinary journey has taken him to places like, Montauk, The Hamptons, New York City, and Florida. Chef Bradley has studied under other Chef’s up and down the east coast, but the better part of the past 20 years he spent as owner/operator of two restaurants including “Table” in Little Silver. His career path has added influences from many different cuisines which you may recognize in some of his dishes. Martin continues his culinary education enrolling in CIA Courses such as “Flavors of the World” and “Mexican Regional cuisines”. Martin resides with his wife Ann, daughters Kelly Ann and Mollie in Little Silver.
